Most students pick a stream at fifteen, a degree at seventeen and a country at twenty two, and almost nobody helps with the first two. By the time a consultancy gets involved, the options have already been narrowed by choices nobody examined.
Career Compass takes 15 to 20 minutes and produces a a 360° academic and career profile: where a student's interests actually point, how they learn, what they are strong at, and whether the effort behind a stated passion is really there. ₹4,999, all inclusive.
What it looks at
What a student is actually drawn to across academics, sport, the arts and hands-on work, rather than what they have been told they are good at.

Asked several different ways on purpose. A single question about favourite subjects mostly measures which teacher a student likes.
Visual, hands-on, discussion-led or reading and writing. Most students have never been asked, and it explains a surprising amount of underperformance.

This is the section parents find most useful, because it often reframes a subject a child is struggling with as a mismatch of method rather than of ability.

Growth areas are always paired with something concrete to do about them. A weakness with no next step is just criticism.
Whether a stated passion is backed by hours. Everybody says they want to be a doctor at fifteen. Far fewer are reading anything about it.

What arrives afterwards
Written to be read by the student first and the parents second, which is the opposite of how most of these are written. No scores presented as verdicts, and no career handed down as destiny.

Name, grade, and a parent or guardian's contact details. That is all we need to begin.
50 questions across the four areas, with progress shown as you go and an emerging picture forming from the first section onward.
The answers are reconciled rather than averaged, and the report is checked by a person before it goes anywhere.
With the call to talk it through included in the price. Nothing further is sold on it, and there is no second invoice.
What this is not
Career Compass is a structured questionnaire producing educational guidance. It is not a psychometric instrument, an IQ test, or a medical or psychological assessment, and it does not diagnose anything. It is designed to start a better conversation between a student and their parents, not to replace advice from a teacher, counsellor or clinician.
Because a minor is involved
Because this is for students under 18, we ask for a parent or guardian's name and contact details, and the report is sent to them. We do not share a student's answers with anyone else, and a parent can ask us to delete the whole record at any time. Our privacy policy.
Already past this stage? The written assessment for applicants is the adult version: it scores you against published government and university criteria rather than mapping interests.
What happens next
The students who end up with real choices are usually the ones who worked out the direction two or three years before the applications were due. Twenty minutes of questions, one price, and a report that is yours to keep whatever you decide.
