How our pricing works
The number comes first, not last
Most consultancies in this market will not put a price on a website. This page explains what we charge, what we do not charge for, and what the price deliberately leaves out.
Every Skillvelop price is published on this website, the same for everyone. The scope is agreed in writing before you pay, and every fee block lists what the price does not cover.
The free assessment ends in a written note with your realistic chances, including when the honest answer is that you should wait, or that this is not the right route for you.
You can read every price, compare it against anyone else, and decide against us without ever speaking to a person. All prices are here.
One price, published, the same for everyone
The number on the website is the number on your scope document. It does not move because of how the call went, how quickly you need to start, or what you seem able to afford.
What the price does not cover is published too
Every package carries an exclusions list, and it is never empty. Government fees, test fees, translations and credential evaluations are named there rather than discovered later.
The scope is agreed before you pay
A one page document naming the deliverables, the dates, what we will not do, and what you have to do yourself. Nothing is added to it afterwards without you agreeing a price first.

Two more, and they matter most when something goes wrong
You pay the third parties directly
Embassy fees, test centres, universities and credential bodies are paid by you, to them. We never hold that money, never mark it up, and never take a percentage of it.
The refund position is public before you buy
A full table of what triggers a full refund, a partial one, and nothing at all, on a page you can read without speaking to anyone.

What is not in any price on this site
- Government, embassy, consulate and biometrics fees
- University and college application fees
- Language and aptitude test fees
- Credential evaluation fees such as an ECA or a WES report
- Certified translation, notarisation and apostille charges
- Courier and postage
- Travel, accommodation, insurance and living costs
All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where it applies. If you are paying from outside India, your bank will apply its own conversion rate and we will invoice the rupee amount.
Paying
How the money actually moves
Nothing, to start
The assessment call and the written note that follows it are free. You are not asked for a card and nothing is sold on the call.
First instalment on signing
Paid when you agree the scope document, not before. Larger packages are split in two, smaller ones are paid in full.
Second on the first milestone
Due when the first named deliverable lands, so you have seen work before the balance is paid.
We do not offer education loans, credit, or any product where a third party pays us and you repay them. The full refund position is on the refund and scope policy.
