Know your real chances before you spend a rupee

Study or work abroad, knowing your real odds and your real costs first.

Most people commit their savings to a country, a course or a visa route before anyone has told them what it will actually cost, or whether they qualify. We score your profile against the published government and university criteria, put the total in writing, and say so plainly when the answer is that you should wait.

The gap we fill

Three things go wrong for almost everybody. None of them are bad luck.

They happen because the information that would prevent them is public, and nobody is paid to sit down and apply it to one person. That is the whole job.

  1. Problem 01

You cannot find out what it costs

Almost nobody in this market publishes a price. You book a call, sit through a pitch, and get a number shaped by what you seem able to afford. Then the real costs arrive one at a time: application fees, credential evaluation, translations, a second language test.

    What we do about it

Every price is on this website, the same for everyone, and every package lists what the price does not cover.

    See every price
  2. Problem 02

Nobody will tell you your actual chances

Governments and universities publish their criteria in full. Points tables, salary thresholds, funding rules, entry profiles. Almost nobody sits down and reads them against one specific person, because there is no money in telling somebody they are not ready.

    What we do about it

The free assessment scores you against those published criteria and sends the result in writing, including when it says wait a year.

    See a specimen assessment
  3. Problem 03

The file fails on something avoidable

Most refusals are mechanical, not substantive. A date on a payslip that contradicts a reference letter. Funds that appeared too recently. A document certified the wrong way. Things a careful second reading would have caught before submission, not after.

    What we do about it

Two full review passes before you submit, the second line by line, with the weak points named in writing beforehand.

    How we work

The whole way, not one step of it

Most people arrive here already three decisions in

A consultancy that meets you at the application meets you after the stream, the degree and the shortlist have all been chosen, usually by default. We start earlier than that and stay later, and every stage below has something free at the front of it.

    The application window

Applications, the visa file, two full review passes before submission, and the weak points named in writing beforehand.

You can take any one of these on its own. Most people do. The point is that the next one is already there when you need it, run by the people who did the last one.

Every price, in the open

This is what every price on this site looks like

Not a quote after a call. A published figure, with the term, the deliverables and the exclusions attached to it, on the page, before you speak to anybody.
  • 01

    The reference code

Every package has one. It appears on your scope document and on any invoice, so what you agreed and what you were charged are the same thing.

  • 02

    Two prices, both real

The list price and the current offer price, side by side. The scope and the refund policy are identical at either one.

  • 03

    What is not included

The most useful part, and the part nobody else publishes. It is a required field in the codebase: a package with an empty exclusions list will not compile.

How it works

Five steps, and you can stop after the second

The first two are free and produce something you keep whether or not you hire us.
  1. Free assessment

Thirty minutes on video with the person who would actually handle your file. Education, work history, language levels, savings, timeline. We tell you which routes are open to you and which are not.

    30 minutes, no cost

  2. Written plan with your realistic odds

Your profile scored against the published criteria, the routes worth pursuing, the total cost including every fee that does not come to us, and our honest read on your chances. Some of these plans say the answer is no.

    Within 2 working days

  3. Agree the scope and the price

A one page document naming what we deliver, by when, what we will not do, and what you have to do yourself. The price on it is the price on this website. You pay the first instalment when you sign.

    Same week

  4. We do the work with you

Documents, credentials, drafts and forms, on fortnightly calls, with everything in one folder you keep whatever happens afterwards. You do the parts that have to be yours, and we say so in advance which those are.

6 weeks to 9 months, service dependent

  5. You apply

You submit, in your own name, with the file reviewed twice. We prepare you for any interview and stay available until you have a decision. Then it belongs to a university, an employer or a government.

Then it is out of our hands

Before you book anything

Who this is for, and who it is not for

It is cheaper for both of us if you find out on this page rather than on a call.

This is for you if

  • 01You have two to seven years of experience in IT, engineering, healthcare, nursing, finance or a skilled trade.
  • 02You are paying for this yourself, out of your own salary or savings, and you want to know the total before you start.
  • 03You have already read the bad reviews of the big consultancies and you would like to skip that experience.
  • 04You are willing to spend six to eighteen months on this, and to learn a language if the route needs one.
  • 05You would rather be told your chances are poor than be sold an application that fails.

This is not for you if

  • 01You want a guaranteed visa, a guaranteed admission or a guaranteed job. We do not sell those, and the people who do are not selling them either.
  • 02You want us to write your statement of purpose for you. We will coach you through four drafts, but you write it.
  • 03You need a decision this week. Our assessment takes two working days and the routes themselves take months.
  • 04You want someone to apply to jobs as you, or to submit an application under our name. Everything is submitted by you, in your name.
  • 05You want the cheapest possible option regardless of what is in it. Some of our prices are higher than the discounted quote you will get elsewhere, and the difference is in the exclusions list.
  • 06You need regulated immigration advice or representation for Canada or Australia. That requires a licensed practitioner, and we will tell you so.

The point of all this

It ends with somebody actually there

Every route on this site is a means to this: a place on a course, a contract with an employer, and a life somewhere you chose deliberately rather than ended up.
  • Graduation day at Trinity College Dublin
  • Students celebrating their graduation
  • Students on their university campus in Amsterdam

Sample assessments

What a written assessment actually says

Four profiles, scored against the published criteria exactly as yours would be. Two of the four end in advice not to proceed, because that is what the criteria said.

How to read theseThese are constructed profiles used to show the method, not individual people. The criteria, the thresholds and the reasoning are real and you can check every one of them against the official source.

  • Sample profile 01

Nurse, 4 years in a private hospital, Hyderabad

    GermanyWork abroad

    Qualification
    BSc Nursing, Indian university
    Experience
4 years, medical and surgical wards
    German at start
    None
    English
    IELTS 7.0
    Savings available
    Enough for a blocked account

    What the assessment found
Nursing is a regulated profession in Germany. Professional recognition normally requires German at B2, and no amount of experience substitutes for it. The Opportunity Card points would reach the threshold, but arriving without German would mean spending the permit year learning it rather than working.

    Advised to wait

Do not apply this year. Spend twelve months reaching B2, which is the actual gate, then apply with recognition already in progress. The route is open, the sequence was wrong.

  • Sample profile 02

    Backend developer, 5 years, Bengaluru

    CanadaWork abroad

    Qualification
    BE Computer Science, 2019
    Experience
5 years, one employer, no gaps
    English
IELTS 8.0, no band below 7.5
    Age
    27
    Credential assessment
    Not yet started

    What the assessment found
Comprehensive Ranking System score lands in a competitive band once the credential assessment is complete, largely because of the language result and age. The binding constraint is documentation, not profile: the reference letter on file did not describe duties in wording that maps to the occupation classification claimed.

    Advised to proceed

Proceed. Start the credential assessment first because it takes weeks, and rewrite the reference letter with the employer before they forget the detail. Profile is strong, paperwork was the risk.

  • Sample profile 03

Mechanical engineer, 2 years, wants a master's abroad

Germany rather than the UKStudy abroad

    Qualification
    BTech Mechanical, 68 per cent
    Target
One year master's in the UK
    Budget
    Family savings plus a loan
    Post degree plan
    Work abroad, then settle

    What the assessment found
The UK plan was affordable only on the loan, and the total including living costs was roughly four times the same qualification at a German public university. The stated goal was settlement, which the German route serves better and the one year UK route serves least well of the options considered.

    Advised a different route

Redirect. Same degree level, a fraction of the tuition, and a route that matches what was actually wanted. Costs a year of German, saves the loan entirely.

  • Sample profile 04

Finance analyst, 18 months of experience, wants to move now

    CanadaProfile building

    Qualification
BCom, then a professional certification in progress
    Experience
    18 months, one role
    English
    Not yet tested
    Timeline wanted
    Within six months

    What the assessment found
The score falls short of recent invitation cut offs, and the two largest levers, language and years of documented experience, both need time rather than money. The certification in progress adds very little to the score, which was not what had been assumed.

    Advised to wait

Do not apply. Sit the language test properly, document the experience as it accrues, and reassess in twelve to eighteen months. Applying now spends the fees and produces nothing.

See the full specimen assessment for the document these conclusions sit inside.
