Skillvelop does not guarantee admission, a job offer, a visa or a test score. Those decisions belong to universities, employers and governments. We are paid to prepare your file properly and to tell you the truth about your chances.

No statement on this website, in an assessment, on a call, or in any document we prepare should be read as a promise that you will be admitted, hired, granted a visa, or awarded a particular score. If anyone at Skillvelop tells you otherwise, they are wrong and we want to know about it.

Nothing on this website is legal advice, and nothing on it is immigration advice for your particular circumstances. The guides, country pages and service pages are general information.

Immigration advice and representation are regulated professions in Canada and Australia. Skillvelop is not licensed in either country. We provide documentation support, eligibility assessment against published criteria, and application preparation. Where your case needs regulated advice we will say so and tell you to instruct a licensed practitioner, and we take no referral fee for that.

We do not handle appeals, judicial review, or formal responses to a refusal.

Immigration rules, points thresholds, salary minimums, proof of funds amounts, government fees and processing times change, often annually and sometimes without notice.

Wherever a figure of that kind appears on this site we either link to the official source or describe it rather than printing a number that will be wrong within months. Always check the official government or university page before acting, including where we have already told you what it says.

Information on this site is accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date shown on the page. We do not warrant that it is current.

Every application is submitted by you, in your own name. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, including where we helped prepare it. We do not act as your representative before any university, employer or government, and we never hold your portal credentials.

Almost every visa application form asks whether you have ever been refused a visa by any country. Answer honestly, every time. A refusal you disclose and explain is survivable. A refusal you conceal can become a misrepresentation finding, which in several countries carries a multi year bar. We will not help anyone conceal one.

There are no testimonials, reviews, star ratings, success rates or student numbers on this website. We publish only figures we can evidence, and none of those categories can be evidenced by a reader.

When we do publish outcomes, they will carry the sample size and the definition used. If you find a review of Skillvelop somewhere else, we did not write it and we did not pay for it.

We link to government, university and examination body pages so you can verify what we say. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content. We receive nothing for linking to them.

Every Skillvelop price is published on this website, the same for everyone. The scope is agreed in writing before you pay, and every fee block lists what the price does not cover.

Government fees, embassy fees, test fees, university application fees, credential evaluation and translation charges are paid by you directly to the bodies that charge them. We never hold that money and we never take a percentage of it.

What our own fee does and does not cover is set out on how our pricing works, and on the fee block for every package.

Where an institution, employer or government body is named anywhere on this website, it is named factually to describe a destination, a route or a requirement. It does not indicate any affiliation, endorsement, partnership, agency or authorised representative relationship.

We do not display institutional logos, crests or wordmarks for this reason. A row of logos on a consultancy website implies a commercial relationship, and we do not hold one with any institution named here.

If that ever changes, it will be disclosed on the page where it could affect what we recommend to you, before you see a shortlist rather than after.

Occupation demand information on the country pages is indicative and dated. Shortage and eligible occupation lists are published by governments and revised frequently, sometimes more than once a year.

Appearing on a shortage list is not eligibility. It generally changes a salary threshold, a points score or a processing priority. It does not remove any qualification, registration, language or funds requirement, and it is not a job offer.

Always confirm the current list at the official source linked on the country page before making any decision or committing money.

Every third-party figure on this website, including visa fees, government charges, proof-of-funds thresholds, insurance and living costs, is approximate, carries the date it was last checked, and is published for planning purposes only.

Currency conversions are rounded and indicative. Exchange rates move, and consulates charge in local currency at their own rate on the day. Do not budget from this website alone.

Skillvelop does not operate as a recruitment agency, employment exchange, or overseas placement agency, and does not charge candidates for job placement. We are not registered as a recruiting agent under the Emigration Act, 1983.

Our work abroad service prepares you to apply and prepares your application file. We do not apply to jobs on your behalf, we do not write to employers under your name, and we do not guarantee interviews or offers.

We never charge an employer for introducing you, and we never accept a fee from you in exchange for a promised job.

The floating assistant collects your contact details and what you are interested in, so that a person can reply to you. It follows a fixed script and does not generate advice.

Nothing it says is immigration, legal, financial or educational advice, and it cannot assess your eligibility. Any assessment comes from a person, in writing, after a call.
