You have a few years of experience, a degree that should count for something, and savings you are willing to spend once. What you do not have is a straight answer about which route is actually open to you.
Ask three consultants and you get three different countries, no prices until you are on a call, and a lot of confidence about outcomes that none of them control. Meanwhile the rules you actually need are published in full by the German and Canadian governments, and almost nobody sits down and reads them against your specific profile.
That is the job. Read the rules against your profile, tell you the truth, then build the file properly.

The one worth knowing about right now
Germany rewrote its immigration law to bring skilled workers in, published the criteria in full, and created a route that lets you enter to look for work rather than needing an offer first. No other country in Europe is currently doing all three at once.
An ageing workforce, a documented shortage across nursing, engineering, IT and the skilled trades, and public universities that charge little or no tuition. The Opportunity Card scores you on points and lets you enter to look for work. The EU Blue Card fast tracks you if you already hold a qualifying salary. Ausbildung pays you while you train.
The catch is German. It is the single best predictor of whether a move here goes well, and almost nobody starts it early enough.

Fastest to residence
For graduates holding an offer above a published salary threshold. The quickest route to permanent residence, and lower thresholds apply in shortage occupations.
Paid while you train
A vocational training contract that pays a wage from day one. Consistently overlooked by Indian applicants, who assume a degree is always the better route.
Who we work with

Mechanical, electrical, civil and production engineering. Degree recognition matters more here than in IT, and in several countries the title itself is regulated.

The strongest demand of any sector, and the most regulated. Licensing, not the visa, is the long pole: registration and a language qualification usually take longer than the immigration file.

Portable where the qualification is portable. ACCA, CPA and CFA travel well; a purely Indian qualification usually needs a conversion or a local paper.

Consistently underserved and consistently overlooked by Indian applicants, who tend to assume a degree is required. In Germany a completed Ausbildung is often worth more than a bachelor's.

Large volume, lower thresholds, and the sector where exploitative agents concentrate. We are deliberately careful here: if a role does not clear the local minimum wage and hours rules, we will say so.

Academic routes are a different process from employment routes, and usually funded. A PhD position in Europe is a job with a salary, not a course you pay for.

The full service. We score you against the published criteria for each route open to you, pick the country and route that actually fit, get your degree recognised, rebuild your CV in the destination format, and prepare the application file end to end.
We will be straight about where your profile travels well and where it does not. Some countries will be a poor use of your year, and the assessment says which.
Offer in hand
Then the hard part is done and the risk moves to the paperwork. We prepare and review the work visa file, with two full passes before submission and the weak points named in writing beforehand rather than after a refusal.
A consulate does not care which country your offer came from, so neither do we. This is priced as document work, because that is what it is.
We support work abroad for any country on this site, whether or not you already hold an offer. Where you have one, the work is the visa file. Where you do not, it is route selection, eligibility scoring and the search itself.
The routes
Germany reformed its skilled immigration law to make it easier for people outside the EU to come and work, and the practical result is that there are now three separate routes with different entry conditions, different costs and different risks.
Most people are told about one of them. Which one usually depends on what the person telling you is set up to sell.
Route 01
Move first, look for work from inside Germany, on a points based permit.
For whom People with a recognised qualification and enough savings to support themselves for up to a year while they search.
It is permission to search, not permission to work in a specific job. If you do not find work, the permit ends and you return. The savings requirement is real money and the amount is set annually, so check the current figure rather than one you saw last year.

Route 02
The fastest and cheapest route, if you already hold a German job offer.
For whom People with a university degree and a German job offer that meets the salary threshold for their occupation.
Everything depends on the job offer, which is the hard part and which this route does not help you get. The salary threshold is revised annually and differs between shortage and non shortage occupations, so it must be checked against the current published figure.

Route 03
Retrain inside Germany, get paid while you do it, and come out with a German qualification.
For whom People willing to retrain, usually in nursing, care, hospitality or the skilled trades, and to reach B1 or B2 German first.
For someone with several years of professional experience this can be a step backwards in income and seniority for two to three years. It is an excellent route for some people and the wrong one for others, and the difference is worth being honest about before you start learning German for it.
